Cancellation Policy & Fees
To reschedule or cancel services, you must call us at least 24 HOURS BEFORE your scheduled appointment avoid being charged the entire cleaning fee.
  • If you DO NOT contact us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the entire cleaning.
  • If you confirm and later cancel your scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the entire cleaning.
  • For scheduled appointments on Monday, final confirmation will be completed by the Friday preceding. (Saturday and Sunday are excluded!)
