Cancellation Policy & Fees
To reschedule or cancel services, you must call us at least 24 HOURS BEFORE your scheduled appointment avoid being charged the entire cleaning fee.
If you DO NOT contact us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the entire cleaning.
If you confirm and later cancel your scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the entire cleaning.
For scheduled appointments on Monday, final confirmation will be completed by the Friday preceding. (Saturday & Sunday are excluded)
